Q1: Can I have a sample order for led lights?
A1: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q2. Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order?
A2: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available

Q3. What about the lead time?
A3: Sample needs 2-5 days, mass production time needs 1-2 weeks for order quantity more than 1000pcs

Q4. Is it OK to print my logo on led light product?
A4: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly

Q5:How do your factory control quality?
A5:Quality is the most important part for us.
In order to control quality better, We have professional QC. All our products pass 4 times inspection by QC before delivery. The first time for raw material, second for finished products, third for products appearance and fourth for function.

Q6:How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A6: If ship by Express ( DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT) It usually takes 4-7 days delivery to you.
If By sea shipping LCL Take 15-45 Days ,FCL need 5-35 Days to your port

Q7: How about the delivery cost and tax cost?
A7: Delivery cost is depend on the way, destination and weight. And tax is depend on customer's local customs.

Q8: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A8: Yes, we offer 2-3 years warranty to our products.
